RALCAM SM-01: 3D Borescope and AI-Powered Automatic Inspection Robot

The RALCAM  SM-01 automatic inspection robot is an automated inspection robot developed and produced by Shenzhen RALCAM Co., Ltd. in 2025 for industrial fields, mold inspection, aerospace fields, aircraft engine inspection, shipbuilding fields, and wind power generation fields. 
Main functions: Detect burrs, scratches, cracks, contamination, slag inclusion, uneven coating, steps, over-milling, threads and other processing defects on the inner surface of workpieces, and then automatically generate inspection reports. 

The SM-01 automatic inspection robot is equipped with a 16-inch IPS high-definition LCD screen, which enables a very clear view of the images captured by the camera module. The large screen allows for the observation of more details. 

The RALCAM SM-01 automatic inspection robot features a high-precision controllable six-axis mechanical arm. The travel range of each of the six axes (J1-J6) is ±360°. The flexible steering enables it to easily inspect all parts of the inspected items, including some hard-to-reach corners that are usually difficult to observe. 

The RALCAM  SM-01 automatic inspection robot employs digital intelligent chips and AI large models to provide powerful computing power for the deep learning image algorithm functions, ensuring the accuracy of the identification. 

The RALCAM  SM-01 automatic inspection robot is equipped with a 5.5mm ultra-thin lens, enabling it to navigate through narrow spaces more easily and inspect areas that are difficult to observe normally. It features a 2 million high-definition pixel camera, resulting in clearer and smoother images. The 4-direction 360° steering design enables a comprehensive and unobstructed inspection of mechanical faults, wear marks on the tools, etc.
